I THINK WE HAVE AN EMERGENCY, - - - if you thought I'd leave, then you were wrong_______________________cause I won't stop h o l d i n g o n ! Amber walked down the street, feeling overwhelmed and anxious—she couldn’t believe this was happening to her. It seemed like the scene she was in was taken from some action movie and she was the hero of it. Just a few minutes before, Amber was passing through a deserted ally between two central streets, all it took was one moment of silence and clearly a wrong sense of judgement. It was only noon, but apparently criminals didn’t have a strict schedule or a preferred hour they worked in. Amber clenched her small, expensive purse tightly. It was worth more than 5000$, the stupid criminal probably couldn’t tell it was a D&G limited edition clutch—he was interested in the money and money only.
Every person who looked close enough could tell she was quite the crazy rich bitch. She was very nurtured, looking like a modern version of Marilyn Monroe—the princess of controversy and glamour. She used to wear only designer clothes and you could never catch her in a bad hair day. The young blond breathed heavily as she reached for the Police Department front door and entered the building. The cunning witch managed to scare the thief away in her own special way—still, she wanted to press charges. Amber ignored the rest and without thinking twice—she captured the reception in her sharp green eyes and walked towards the clerk. One person was ahead of her in line so Amber waited patiently—even though she didn’t feel like waiting, she was usually spoiled and used to get what ever she wanted right away.
Crossing her tanned arms on her chest, the strikingly beautiful blond finally relaxed a little and took a look around. Her olive-green eyes searched the room that was full of fat middle aged policemen and innocent citizens. She assumed those citizens had a similar case to hers, she doubted their ability to set the thief's pants on fire though. She did again—used her own power for a personal benefit. Some witches objected this kind of behavior, they didn’t agree with magical actions for personal gain—but Amber was different, she had her powers and she was determined to use them whenever she needed to help herself.

Chris had orbed into the interregation room located on the first floor, then snuck right out into the bullpen area of the police department. The policemen didn't notice him at all which was rather odd considering the witchlighter had ORBED in the room. Surely they were to see it with the camera in there. The camera...He turned around and walked right into the room. He looked up at the top right. There, in the corner was the camera that was used to record the policemen asking the criminal questions or anyone that was harmed. A smirk came on his face while he raised his hand, lightning sprouted out from the hand itself, striking the camera. It bust into flames, the pieces falling to the ground like rain. Chris was pleased not as much as killing an innocent or a witch but was pleased still. He walked out, flicked his wrist afterwards closing the door with his telekinesis. Some policemen turned their heads and ran up to him asking him questions. Chris ignored them and continued on. As one policeman grabbed him on his arm determining to know what was going on, Chris turned to look at him square in his eye. "Would you like to end up like the camera itself?" he asked. The man shook his head. "Thought so. Let go or you will." The man letted him go. Chris continued on with not looking back. He headed up to the front near the woman Amber were and stopped. The witchlighter opened his cellphone to dial up Sav's number.
OOC: Dude sorry for the late wait.

I THINK WE HAVE AN EMERGENCY, - - - if you thought I'd leave, then you were wrong_______________________cause I won't stop h o l d i n g o n ! Amber was forced to wait in line like everyone else – something she wasn’t really good at. The beautiful blond was always treated differently, people stared at her in awe and pleased her all the time. She was a princess in her world, but a spoiled brat in the real world. Luckily, the human world revolved mainly around money – and she had too much of it. The magic world, on the other hand, wasn’t that simple. Money could buy almost nothing in the spiritual worlds of magic, it was all about good or evil. Demons, witches, innocents, spells and potions – all caught in the middle, leaving no room or importance for money. Knowing this, was the main reason Amber decided to focus on what she thought was the real world – less materialism, more magic. She was starting to get stronger, her spells were almost perfectly made but her potions could use some practice. Her main power – Pyrokinesis, was almost fully developed and she used it freely during practice. Telekinesis, on the other hand, was the power she needed a little help with, and therefore, she decided to give it some time during her upcoming practice sessions.
The sound of a closing door made Amber lose her train of thought, she immediately turned her head from the line and towards where the noise came from. It seemed like one fat policeman was having a very charged moment with a young, handsome man. The cop grabbed his arm, and the man didn’t seem to like it at all. Amber took a closer look, finally realizing who this man was. Christopher Halliwell was known as the Halliwell's 'black sheep' and everyone kept wondering how he turned up to be the way he was. The Halliwells were known for their kindness, you could say the three sisters were almost the queens of goodness in the magical world. How could it be that their offspring, Chris himself, would turn into a killer? His wild spiky hair and olive green eyes gave him away almost immediately – she could tell he was evil even if she didn’t know for sure. The atmosphere was tensed, almost electrifying, and Amber just stood still and lucid – very aware of the current events and what was coming.
Surprisingly, the cop let go of his wrist, looking rather intimidated. Chris just kept walking nonchalantly, and when Amber realized he was coming her way – she almost let out a sigh of disbelief. Getting herself together, Amber finally came to her senses and pinned her bag against her waist. She raised one hand to caress her hair, bringing a few strands to rest naturally on her shoulder. Chris stopped only a few meters away, but he didn't seem to notice her at all. The gorgeous blond was too decisive to chicken out now, she took a few steps towards and stopped almost too close to him. "Look who it is. Chris Halliwell – terrorizing the police department." She spoke confidently, her tone laced in warmth and obvious tease.

A frown now came across Chris' face as he tried to see if his cousin was on the other line and unfortunately she wasn't. An answering machine answered instead so he left a message for her and then closed the cellphone then stuffed it in his pocket. He turned towards a blond haired beautiful woman who stood nearby. He smiled. She seemed too beautiful to be in this place. "Yeah that's me alright though you didn't see nothing yet." Yep he had some tricks up his evil little sleeve. "Wait till later. Though don't tell me you're familiar with my family as well. I had tons of people who told me they were and quite frankly it gets boring. That was probably why I went to the darker side. You know? Anyway yeah hi. So, do you have a name or do I just call you Beauty? Now don't tell me you've got yourself into trouble too." If so then this is something isn't it? He grinned now while staring at her and waited for her to respond though he had to admit her beauty fits her. She does remind him of old Hollywood glam, like those actresses from long time ago.
