Livingston is the most expensive estate in San Francisco, only an exclusive few can afford to live here. The houses come in a wide variety of shapes and sizes. Beware though not all the neighbours are as friendly as they seem.

Willingham Gardens is an upper market area but is nowhere near as expensive as Livingston, it has a good variety of housing and is always bustling with people.

No New Posts & Moorgate Avenue ,

The bottom half of the housing spectrum lies Moorgate Avenue not exactly your most desirable area but if you need a house cheap and easy, you'll probably find one here. A popular haunt for lower level demons.
